Donor Advised Fund

To make a gift to ACES via your Donor Advised Fund, please work directly with your sponsoring organization.

Recurring Gifts

Today’s students are tomorrow’s leaders. Become a member of the ACES Starting Lineup by making a recurring donation – of $5, $10, $50, or any amount that’s meaningful to you – and you help ACES reliably plan and support students through their education journeys.

Donate Stock

When you make a gift of stock, you can eliminate the capital gains tax that would be due upon selling the stock, receiving tax savings and benefits while also supporting ACES and our Minnesota students.

Legacy Giving

ACES has been making a difference for Minnesota students since 1994. A gift to ACES in your will or living trust helps us support Minnesota students for generations to come. Please contact your attorney to discuss your options for supporting ACES in your will or living trust.

A beneficiary designation is another simple and impactful way to make a legacy gift to ACES. ACES can be listed as a beneficiary for assets including a retirement account, life insurance policy, or bank account. To add ACES as a beneficiary, simply contact the institution managing your account to request a Beneficiary Designation Form.

  • Your gift directly supports ACES’s work to close the academic opportunity gap and prepare Minnesota students for success. Supporters like you ensure that ACES’s programming continues to be completely free-of-charge for our students and families – eliminating barriers to participation and leveling the playing field.

    As of November 2022, 73% of ACES’s functional expenses go directly toward program delivery. (The Better Business Bureau recommends a standard of 65% or higher.)

  • Every dollar makes a difference in our ACES classrooms and gifts of any amount have a tangible impact.

    $35 provides an ACES student with school supplies for one month of hands-on programming.

    $50 provides one curriculum training session for an ACES Academic Coach.

    $100 funds hands-on, project-based learning supplies for one week in an ACES classroom.

    $500 sponsors a field trip for one classroom of ACES students, including supplies and transportation.

    $1,000 supports one student for an entire year of ACES programming.

  • Yes! ACES is a qualified 501(c)3 tax-exempt organization with Federal Tax ID 41-1789659. Contributions are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law and do not represent payment for goods or services received.

  • Yes! Many employers offer matching donations and ACES is grateful to receive such gifts. Some employers may make these gifts through employee donation systems like Benevity or YourCause. Please contact your employer to determine if your gift is eligible to be matched.

  • Yes! You can easily celebrate your favorite teacher, a parent or child, or another loved one with a gift to ACES in their honor or memory. When giving online, simply select the checkbox to dedicate your gift and complete the information on the donation form. If you are giving by check, please include dedication information in the memo line or include a separate note with your gift.
