St. Paul Saints and Treasure Island announce Goin' Yard for Youth!

The game on Friday, April 15th was the coldest in St. Paul Saints franchise history — but below-freezing temperatures didn’t stop the Saints and Treasure Island Resort & Casino from announcing an incredible new initiative in support of youth development! With the “Goin' Yard for Youth” program, Treasure Island and the Saints will donate a total of $500 for every home run hit by a Saints player at CHS Field during the 2022 regular season to a local nonprofit organization in support of youth and education.

Matt Dumba and Mats Zuccarello host ACES students at the Xcel Energy Center

ACES is proud and fortunate to partner with incredible Athlete Ambassadors who help bring learning to life and enable one-in-a-lifetime field trip opportunities for our students! This NHL season, many ACES students experienced their first hockey game thanks to hosts Minnesota Wild defenseman Matt Dumba and winger Mats Zuccarello. After completing a curriculum unit on stadium architecture, it was especially exciting to visit the Xcel Energy Center. Students had a blast cheering for the Wild and, of course, the snacks were a big hit!
